I’m a registered in-patient psychiatric and aesthetic nurse who is most passionate about connecting with others, shifting perspectives, and changing the way people see themselves vs. simply changing the way they look. As my clients' bodies transform, it is the self-talk, emotions, and behaviors that will sustain the results.
